Common questions

What counts as a reunion?

Any event you create, from a three-day gathering to a one-afternoon cookout.

How does activation work?

Planning is free, including 2 hours a month of committee video meetings for each reunion. Activation turns on collecting card payments, unlimited video meetings and texting (coming soon): $49 for one reunion, or $149/year to cover up to five.

What happens when the free meeting time runs out?

Each reunion gets 2 hours of committee video meeting time a month, counted while the call is open, no matter how many people join. When it runs out, meetings pause until the 1st of next month, or you can activate the reunion for unlimited meetings. Everything else keeps working.

Do guests pay anything to use Grove?

Only what you charge for the event itself. Grove doesn’t add a fee on top of what your guests pay you. Card payments go straight to your own payment account, so the standard card processing fee applies, just as it would anywhere else.

What’s your refund policy?

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t collected guest payments through Grove yet. Email support and we’ll take care of it.

What happens to our photos and stories after the reunion?

They stay. A reunion activation doesn’t expire, and your family’s roster, photos, stories, and archive stay in your family’s space whether or not you activate another reunion. You only pay again when you want card payments or unlimited meetings for the next one.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can request a copy or ask us to delete your account from Settings, Privacy & your data (or email privacy@grovereunions.com). We confirm by email and reply when it’s done.

Can I run multiple group types from one account?

Yes. Your family reunion and your Greek chapter are separate spaces, same login.

Is there a trial?

You don’t need one. Planning is free, including 2 hours a month of committee video meetings. Activate a reunion when you’re ready for card payments, unlimited meetings or texting.
