Class reunion website
A class reunion website that helps you find everyone.
One page for the date, the venue and the schedule. Every classmate RSVPs and pays from their own link, and the whole class helps track down the people nobody has heard from.

The hard part
Half the work is finding people.
Classmates move, change their names and leave social media. A reunion website is only as good as the list behind it, so the most useful thing it can do is help you rebuild that list.
Start from any list
Upload the class list you have, even an old one, and list who you can't reach.
Let the class help
Classmates send tips about the people nobody has heard from. Only the committee sees them.
Invite them when found
Mark someone found and send them their own RSVP link.
Set it up
How to make a class reunion website.
Create the reunion
Your school, the class year, the date and the venue. Upload the flier if you already made one.
Add the schedule and the price
Friday's mixer, Saturday's dinner, the ticket price. Change it any time and every phone shows the update.
Bring in the class list
Paste names or import a spreadsheet. Each classmate gets their own link.
Share the page
Post the reunion page link on the class social media pages and in the group text.
Split the work
Give the committee tasks with owners and due dates, and meet by video in the browser.
Behind the page
What the committee sees.
Who's coming
Every RSVP and headcount on one roster, with each classmate's status.
Who's paid
Card payments at RSVP and payments recorded by hand, in one list.
The Class Feed
Announcements, votes and class stories in one place that stays open after the reunion.
Common questions
What should a class reunion website have?
The date, the venue and the weekend schedule; the ticket price; an RSVP button; and a way to reach classmates you've lost touch with. Grove gives you the page, each classmate's own RSVP link and a missing-classmates list the whole class can help with.
How do we find classmates nobody has heard from?
Put the class list in Grove and list who you can't reach. Classmates can send tips about the missing ones, and only the reunion committee sees those tips. When someone is found, the committee sends them their personal link.
Can classmates buy tickets on the website?
Yes. Set the price, activate the reunion ($49 once), and classmates pay by card when they RSVP. The money goes to the committee's own payment account. Payments made another way are recorded in the same list.
Do classmates need an account or an app?
No. Each classmate's link opens in any phone browser. There's nothing to download.
Does it work for a high school reunion and a college reunion?
Yes. 10-year, 20-year, 50-year, high school or college: the RSVPs, payments, committee tools and the Class Feed work the same way.
What happens to the website after the reunion?
The Class Feed and the photos stay open for your class, so the next reunion starts with everyone you found this time instead of from scratch.
